Interested in jump-starting a new career as an Interim? This practical workshop can save you up to six months wasted time and money. We welcomed our 750th delegate to the workshop in May. You too can benefit.

It is the only official workshop accredited by the UK Interim Management Association, and thirty of the largest and most respected interim service providers in the country. It is also accredited and supported by the Institute of Interim Managers. The course is designed specifically for Executives and Managers considering Interim Management as a career choice.

This one-day workshop provides an excellent, objective and independent service for delegates; enabling them to make an informed decision on whether Interim Management is right for them and, if so, how to go about making it a reality in the shortest time and most cost effective way. It is also an excellent way for all interims to learn how to expand their marketability.

It includes benchmarking skills against the Industry standard and expectations, examining the core competencies highly regarded in top candidates and, critically, the route to engagement with leading, accredited, service providers. It also covers information on how to set yourself up in business, including appropriate legislation, and the risks and potential rewards of self-employment in the Interim world.

Further the course will be an important demonstration to Service Providers of the participants' serious intent to pursue Interim Management as a genuine career option and, post- course, that they have a full awareness of what is required to be successful in the Industry. A certificate of completion is awarded post workshop for you to include with your application to service providers.

Delegate Quotes

Thank you for the certificate.  I found the workshop both well organised and very useful.  I really appreciated the energy, enthusiasm and professionalism with which the facilitators presented the subject.  I had done some research on the subject, but seeing and hearing the facilitators present their material and participating in the discussions which took place with the group really made the subject come alive for me.  I feel I now have a much better understanding of what interim management really is about and feel both optimistic and enthusiastic about starting my own business.  Thanks!

Russell ~ Vice President,  R&D Beverages

I did not realise just how complex this market place was. Thanks to the workshop I believe that I am in a much better position to save time and money in getting myself established.

Thanks for the certificate of completion following the workshop. The workshop was very good value from my point of view - and standards are particularly high when paying for oneself! Good to meet other people who are also at a crossroads. Thanks for a well run event.

This was an extremely useful experience. Meeting other people in a similar situation was a real benefit and gaining an insight into the Industry and how best to target and market my skills was very valuable. I initially thought that I could not afford the day but it was money very well spent. Many thanks.

Lorraine  ~ Marketing Manager for Barclays Investments

First of all, I would like to thank you for the excellent workshop yesterday. From the moment you began to talk about "ME Ltd" you had me hooked - what a great concept. For some inexplicable reason, I had never thought of applying these ideas to myself! Wow, simple but powerful. The whole day was fully engaging, extremely enjoyable, and of course invaluable in helping me make my next career choice. It is difficult to see what would make it better.

Steve ~ Senior Manger Public Sector Local Council

The workshop I attended this year seemed useful at the time and definitely helped me do the right things to get started. There were a great number of very useful tips on that one day. I have been busy since July and have even had to turn work down, which was difficult!

Andrew - Shephard Consulting Ltd

Just a quick note to thank Ian & Simon for an excellent course yesterday. I learned a great deal & found it fun too, which always helps! I’m now much better placed to decide if IM is right for me & have a list of things to follow through now (eg the value proposition) which I’m sure will be of benefit even if go for a permanent position, so I definitely got great value for money, whatever I decide to do in future.
